Disclosure: Pricing information is offered and provided in strict confidence and should not be disclosed to outside parties without prior consent from DALKO Resources. Client acknowledges that DALKO Resources is the sole tariff/account holder with each carrier or service provider offered to client and materials or information relative to any direct carrier agreement remains proprietary and restricted in nature. DALKO Resources will not be responsible for accessorial or capacity charges incurred from shipments not routed through the DALKO routing center and all Bills of Lading (BOLs) must list DALKO Resources as the responsible payor of freight charges. Carrier rules and conditions as outlined in their respective rules tariff will apply. All invoices will be sent to client via email. Standard payment terms are Net 30 days upon credit approval. Credit card payments will incur an additional 3% processing fee. DALKO reserves the right to assess a 2% interest charge to delinquent payables.
